Stephania is an industrial engineer and business strategist with over 10 years of experience supporting businesses across aerospace, automotive, medical device, and hospitality industries.
She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business, dual concentrations in Logistics and Quality Principles, and a Master’s degree in Quality Assurance.
Stephania brings an engineering mindset to business strategy — designing systems, managing change, and improving performance so businesses are prepared to scale, transition, or seize opportunity when it arises.
